1. Spoon Fork
Spoon Fork originally served as a bridge to "80 Tracks in Two Acts," a piece for an art show at Rutgers-Camden. While Kyle J was at Towson University going for his M.F.A., everyone in a seminar were asked to bring in something natural or man-made. One student brought in a pen (man-made), another a guitar (man-made), a third a leaf (natural). Kyle J brought in a spoon, which perplexed the seminar leader. Stating spoons are smug, the leader proclaimed that the spoon fit equally into both categories, a rare feat for an object. Everyone was impressed at the spoon but Kyle J had known that from the start, as he is brainy. A spoon may be smug and fit into the natural and man-made categories of objects, but is not always useful, hence "Spoon Fork."
